bed's clothes was not good and we were two people and in the washroom only provide 1 towel that was awful in the look. After I call to hotel management that I want to one towel and soap he said that okay but he didn't send the towel. I …

One of the worst experience in jalandhar, complete westage of time and hardened money. Rooms are dirty, bad smell, dirty linen, dirty bathroom. I don't understand why people make the hotel if not enough capable to run. We prefer to stay only by the name of vivo.

Absolutely pathetic, very untidy rooms, Flush does not work. No tea coffee available even at :7:45 No room service,nothing. Better stay in a Dharamshala then staying here.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns.

It was the worst stay I’ve ever had in this so called hotel. First and foremost the room wasn’t tidy at all the disgusting smell the moment I entered the room. Ac wasn’t working in the first place plus the controller is not there when I asked they said it’s fixed near the bathroom door which wasn’t working after all. Plus their staff right from the front desk to the room service all having their attitude towards the services we have paid for wasn’t there. The bedding and mattresses was so loose one could drown into it. Woken up with a sore back the next day. One more thing, have noticed it was more of couple hotel not for business or professional people. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this HOTEL.

Overall experience was good. Room was spacious with good cooling of AC . Complementary Breakfast was also good. Hotel is having its own parking in the basement. Stay was good
